Fly Tipping on Beeby Road

Fly Tipping on Beeby Road

Many of you will have seen the large amount of waste dumped on the road to Beeby (see photo attached).

This has been reported to Harborough District Council but the PC asks everybody to be vigilant and to report any suspicious activity along this road which seems to be a favourite location for fly-tippers.

LEAD THEFTS FROM CHURCHES

Over the past few days we have seen an increase in rural churches being targeted whereby their lead roofs have been stripped and stolen.

Specifically, we have seen offences across areas such as Ashby Magna, Theddingworth, Arnesby and Peatling Parva.

Telephone Box Thefts

Dear All

Please find below an alert from Woodhouse Parish council in Loughborough:

Thieves looking very official are touring this area trying to steal red telephone kiosks. If you have one, please try to monitor it and get close neighbours involved.
